Ultrasound Imaging: what do you need most from your ultrasound equipment?

Hello All,

I am just curious on what you would like to get most from your ultrasound imaging equipment. Such as:

1. Portable/handheld: better battery life, solar power, 3D/4D capability, etc.?
2. Consoles: better image contrast, less noisy images, multi-frequency imaging, better spatial resolution/addressing, faster post-processing, etc?
3. Therapeutic, HIFU: simultaneous imaging and treatment, treating other cancers, molecular targetting, etc.?
4. Dermatology:??
