New web DICOM browser launched.

The IT team at my hospital have developed a web DICOM browser - called Oviyam. Functions as a basic viewer. They still haven't been able to do window width & level adjustments.
See some screenshots here and download the program here. If you have any technical queries for the developers, email me and I'll forward them on.
