Colombini MRI death - lawsuit settlement

I know that the story of the $2.9 M settlement only broke this week, but there's a disturbing absence of response from the radiology community.

So I put it to you directly, what does this accident, or the settlement, mean to you?

I believe this settlement makes us more vigilant and that we need to have increased training/awareness of the legal aspects of radiology practice!!
