In the Course of a Research Study, throughout the Internet, by an Inexpert; Comments on the “Proper Toilet Posture”

Summary:

This is a frank report by an inexpert on the subject (Proper Toilet Posture,) in the course of a research study throughout the Internet, which will be posted on www.radrounds.com, since radiology had a great role in the previous studies, in this regard.

The author is neither a physician nor a radiologist, but a retired chemical engineer, who has worked in various fields, and now daring to carry out research study, on whatsoever that satisfies the curiosity, at least as a pastime leisure.

This study started when, a circulating email had been received from a good friend, on the “Proper Toilet Posture,” introducing a certain stool, for putting feet on, to be able to have a quasi-squatting posture, while in sitting position, on western toilet.

While explaining the whole idea in this write-up, new comments are provided, which may cause new holistic modifications on postures and toilets opening configuration, for which this study has compiled basic required information for starting further developments.

 

Conclusion: 

     It is proposed that the suitability of the oval opening rim on the western toilet to be researched and modified for providing more contact area with buttock, thighs and legs, especially when trying alternative yoga- sitting poses on defecation. As a proposal, the current oval opening could be rotated 90 degrees

     It is also proposed that yoga-sitting poses, along with acupressure practices to be studied for the effects on the ease of defecation (if a wider anorectal angle could be achieved,) in comparison to the squatting posture

Dear All,

    Greetings on the starting days of the reviving spring season, to whoever is experiencing it. I don't know if anybody has downloaded the article attached to my post, since I have received no comment thereon, so far, from 50 viewers. I know everyone is busy enough. CV 6 is the Sea of Energy Point
