Baptist Health System - seeking CT Technologist

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology

EXPERIENCE: 0-1 years with competency in components of computerized tomography.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Possession of current registry or registry eligible American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), in Radiology and C.T. and possession of current Texas State registration. Must have ARRT within one year post graduation of accredited school. BLS-Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have eye/hand/foot coordination, finger/fine dexterity and be able to handle/grip/squeeze and perform repetitive activity. Must be capable of transferring-vertical/horizontal, lifting/carrying greater than 35 pounds with assistance and be able to push/pull, climb, balance, stoop/bend, kneel, walk, sit, crouch/squat, stand, hold, flex/position/twist and reach.

SUMMARY: Performs diagnostic procedures utilizing detection and imaging equipment.
