let us start with common meidcal problems. For e.g. early radiological diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.The developed countries should come forward to share their knowledge in whatever form they desire eg. telemedicine,donating books,video cliping.etc.The radiologists in developing countries are finding it difficult to keep pace with the tremendous explosion in technology.
