In my working day with mri diagnosis, we get some difficult cases with vertebral collepses that is very difficult to diffirentiate between benign or malignant by using conventional mri. We did diffusion sequence too but the result is not clear.
So, anyonce who have experience about spinal diffusion images, please give me some suggestion.
