I am curious how various teleradiolgy practices communicate their results. Electronic versus voice call? How are the reports rendered, dictation or typing? How many are using voice to text?

I don't do telerads at the moment but a good friend of mine works for VRC. They do a combination--mostly voice actually for important/urgent findings, particularly for the ED clients/refMDs. I think he does voice to text but not totally sure. All I know is he reads quite a bit. How about you? What is your practice like Stephen?
Imaging On Call prefers to deliver results via our secure web site, but we will also fax results if our clients request us to.
