Hi Anas, congratulations on your decision to pursue radiology. It is a great career path. First, programs will ignore a poor step 1 score if you get a good step 2 score so STUDY HARD. Second, research is a strong plus. Third, great letters of recommendation are a must. Finally, do an away elective at the institution you hope to match at or at least a top notch institution where, if you perform well, you can get a strong letter of recommendation from a known name in the field.
