I'm an enthusiastic, driven professional with experience in college and internal recruitment, as well as compensation, benefits, employee relations and program management. I'm a dedicated team player who places an emphasis on relationship development and networking. I continuously seek ways to challenge myself and develop my skills in the field of HR/Recruitment.

As a Recruiter at Inova Health System, the largest healthcare system in northern VA, I work with my client groups to identify and bring on board top talent for our radiology positions. I enjoy the impact I'm making within the exciting, fast-paced environment at Inova, as well as the opportunity to work with an amazing team of talented professionals.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, skiing, and exploring DC with friends.
