Hi Frank, Just saw your message from February- sorry, I don't read radRounds much. You'd do very well at UCSF, Stanford is a good program too from what I hear. We have a high volume of high-end neuro cases at UCSF with faculty that are easy to get along with, research time, etc that is good especially if you're interested in academics- email me christopher.hess@radiology.ucsf.edu if you have any specific questions.

I agree with what Natasha told you. Our neurorad program is excellent and very challenging. There are a variety of options for living in the city or nearby. As you may know living costs are even more than Boston.
