You are welcome for any service, I can be to you. My back ground in Medical Imagery was in the 30 years I spent in the Military Reserve, USA. Naturally I have a predisposition for the military and will make preferance to the advantages of being in military for superior education and internship. Please keep in touch & may St. Michale protect you.

Hello again! Our x-ray machine is what we call CR (computed radiography). It uses what we call IR's (Images Receptors) or we also use the term "plates" as well. We run our plates in a Konica Regius CR machine, it's a great system! Our X-ray machine, which is an R&F room (radiography and fluoroscopy), is a GE and is a fairly new machine (couple years old). Our CT machine is old and slow, it's a siemens somatom and is only a 6 slice. We are trying to get a 16 slice in the next couple years. Our DEXA machine is also pretty old and becoming obsolete, it still prints the images on paper! Our department has a really nice digital mammo and new ultrasound machine. We do have MRI but it's a mobile unit that only comes to our facility twice a week. Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a good day!

How long have you been in the field? Do you do any other modality? I perform XR, CT, and DEXA's at a hospital in Oregon.
