Well its my pleasure , I get to learn more with your valuable comments.e.g.U mentioned about paraspinal stripe on CXR showing unfoliding of aorta ,I even didnot think about that honestly speaking ,Thanks a lot for appreciation ,it acts as a booster to search more and more nice cases.

Thanks again Dr wael, this was uploaded just to show the occurrence of tumor in achalasia is nearly always above the cardia. Irritation of the mucosa by food retention may be a factor!!! Who knows?
