Meconium plug syndrome

In the neonate who didn't pass meconium, plain radiography in normal and upside down positions would be helpful to diagnose the meconium in the rectum, when there is no imperforated anus.

Leukemia diagnosed by chest x-ray

"Fertile metaphysis of the humerus is seen on the any chest x-ray and we should have a look to them. Bony changes in leukemia in children appear in the long bone metaphysis and we must not miss them."
