Cook's modular AAA graft an "engineering achievement"

An updated modular stent graft for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms is to be launched in Europe by Cook Medical. The graft incorporates "legs" -- shorter stents that unite with the main graft and seal the device below the aortic bifurcation.
