What i want to add: Peter Kurley lines (an English author) are always straight lines (septal lines) wheras vascular lines show serpentine tracts. Septal lines A, B and C have their own meaning, B lines are the intercommunicating between the superficial lymphatic net (C lines) and deep lymphatics (A lines) which connect puomonary hilar lymph nodes.
