Left venticular angiogram of a patient with TakoTsubo Cardiomyopathy

Note that the angiogram is normal.There is no evidence of obstruction of any coronary vessel.This is the hallmark of TakoTsubo Cardiomyopathy which presents with the same symptoms as Acute Coronary Syndromes(ACS)
